Performance: Ang Pulos Sang Pag Beks Ko Sa Lengguwaheyy Kag Forma

The second part of ‘Baks Paki-translate! Conversations On Queering Translation’ was a translation by Ang Mga Baklang Kanal of Austere Rex Gamao’s essay ‘Swardspeak: What Queering Language and Form Means to Me’. In this debut presentation, the Baklang Kanals perform in Hiligaynon Sward to a predominantly Tagalog and English-speaking audience.
